Getting Ready Moments

The day began with two very different vibes. Mari was surrounded by her bridesmaids, laughter echoing through the room as they helped her into her gown. Meanwhile, Chun was tucked away with the guys, quietly rehearsing his vows—his nerves showing just enough to make it sweet. As they got ready, guests arrived and wandered the estate grounds, soaking in the beauty of the venue.

A Ceremony to Remember

The ceremony was heartfelt and romantic, with soft lighting filtering through the trees. One unforgettable moment came courtesy of the flower girl, who made a beeline for Chun—no petals tossed, just pure determination. It had everyone laughing and set the perfect tone. It was one of those perfectly imperfect moments I love capturing through candid photography.

Cocktail Hour Vibes

After the ceremony, guests made their way to cocktail hour, where the energy was light and celebratory. Laughter floated through the garden as loved ones mingled, sipped drinks, and shared stories under the golden hour light. The natural beauty of the estate paired with relaxed conversation made for some of the most emotionally rich, candid images of the day. From warm hugs to quiet toasts between friends, this part of the day was filled with genuine connection—the kind of fleeting moments that film-style photography captures so beautifully.

A Reception Full of Fun

As the sun dipped lower, the celebration moved into full swing. The reception was a joyful mix of heartfelt speeches and spontaneous dance moves. Every table buzzed with conversation and laughter. Mari and Chun never stopped smiling, and their guests kept the dance floor lively all night. As a photographer focused on storytelling and emotion, these are the moments I live for.

They ended the evening with a sweet bite of cake and a dance floor celebration, surrounded by their favorite people. As a wedding photographer, it’s a dream to document a couple so present and joyful.
